Why do you ask for a card if it's free?
To prevent abuse. Each generation costs us real money — Kling, HeyGen, ElevenLabs charge us per asset. Without card verification, someone could create 50 free accounts and burn $500 of our budget. With a card, we know you're real and you can upgrade in one click when free credits run out. Nothing is charged until you explicitly buy a pack.
Will I be charged anything during free trial?
No. Zero dollars. The card is validated by Stripe but no charge happens — not even $0.01 for verification. We only charge when you buy a credit pack. You'll never be auto-charged or surprised.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you purchase never expire. Free credits expire after 30 days if unused.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
There's nothing to cancel — no subscription. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, minus any credits already spent.
Will there be subscriptions in the future?
Yes, eventually. Monthly plans with better credit ratios for high-volume creators. Pay-as-you-go will stay available regardless.
Do I own the videos I generate?
Yes. With any paid pack, you have full commercial rights to use videos generated with Verto for ads, social media, client work, or anything else. Free tier is for testing only — no commercial use.
Why pay-as-you-go and not a subscription?
Because creative work isn't uniform. Some weeks you make 5 videos, some weeks you make zero. Subscriptions punish irregular use. Credits adapt to your rhythm.
Can I buy more credits before running out?
Yes. Stack as many packs as you want — they all add to the same balance, and they never expire. Buy what you need, when you need it.
